Privacy Policy

Flappy Box is an arcade game for Android with an optional online player profile, public leaderboard and advertisements. This policy describes the information used by the game.

1. Player account and leaderboard

Supabase Auth provides a player account and session identifier, including an anonymous guest account when available. We store your player name and best game score in Supabase so you can participate in the leaderboard. Other players can see your chosen name and score; your account credentials are not shown publicly.

2. Data on your device

The game may save your player name, account/session information, best score and gameplay data in local device storage. This supports offline play and continuation after closing the app. Deleting the app can remove local progress.

3. Advertising

The Android app includes Google AdMob to offer an optional rewarded ad for revival and interstitial ads at natural game breaks. When ads are enabled, Google and its advertising partners may collect or process information such as advertising identifiers, IP address, device and usage information, ad interactions, coarse location inferred from IP and diagnostic information, subject to their policies and the user's consent settings. We do not directly receive the advertising identifier.

Where required, the app offers Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent choices. You may manage advertising privacy settings in the game's Account & Privacy section when the feature is available for your region. For details see Google's Privacy Policy.

4. Service providers and purposes

We use Supabase to manage sessions, player profiles and leaderboard entries. Google AdMob provides advertising services. We use the information to operate the game, show rankings, process advertising choices and handle account deletion and support requests. We do not sell your Flappy Box player profile information.

5. Account deletion and retention

You can request account deletion from inside the game, or by using our public account deletion request form without reinstalling the app. Once an authenticated account is deleted, its active Supabase account, player profile and leaderboard entry are removed. For external requests, ownership is checked before deletion. Data saved on another offline device cannot be remotely erased; provider backups or security logs may be retained temporarily under their respective policies.

6. Privacy requests and contact

If you submit a request, we store the supplied contact email, player name or ID, optional message and request status to review your request and verify ownership. These requests are accessible only to authorized operators. Use the privacy contact and account deletion form for questions. Do not provide passwords, access tokens or payment details.

7. Changes

We may update this policy when Flappy Box features or service providers change. An updated date will appear on this page.
